I was charged over £80 for my ink cartridge subscription. When I called and explained that as I had been using non instant ink cartridges for over a month and actually had a spare cartridge. I was basically called a liar. The person on the call repeatedly shouted no, no, no. I asked for their name, they refused their name, offered no solution and ended the call. The experience was so upsetting with a man shouting me down and refusing to listen to me, patronising me. I tried to explain there may be a glitch. It was apparent that they do not consider flaws in the system and will not give refunds.
