I am writing to express concerns regarding the HP Instant Ink subscription service. It was unclear about the consequences of terminating the subscription, particularly with regard to the usability of remaining ink cartridges. It would be beneficial to emphasize this information during the subscription sign-up process to ensure customers are fully aware of what to expect. The inability to use remaining ink after subscription termination adds to the perceived lack of flexibility. As a large business company like HP should be mindful about the wasteful by customers who have paid for the ink cartridges. At the end of the it is a lose-lose situation so it is strange HP has such policy in placed.
