I thought Hulu was fine until I realized I was being double charged for 8 months. I contacted Hulu and was told I could only receive a maximum refund of $43. They refused to refund the whole 8 months even though it was their fault!!So I canceled. I don't want to give any more $ to a company that doesn't care about its customers and rips them off!
