ICO's solicitor Mark Thorogood condones wrong information and serious data breaches carried out by obsessed individuals who use their Birmingham City Council job role to stalk, harass and threaten members of the public. He doesn't care that I sent evidence about the obsessed worker that used her job role to stalk me for over a decade. He is clearly paid to allow Birmingham City Council employees and other public service organisations to abuse members of the public without question.
