AN INCOMPETENT SERVICE PEDDLING CRAVEN NONSENSE. I agree with 95% of the reviews highlighting this inept unprofessional service.The Case Officer had a simple task of two letters to investigate. One sent by Homer and Co IFA to my mother saying how they appreciated her desire for capital growth to benefit her children. The other sent by them to my sister who did not have EPA with mother's and my personal and private details saying that I had always had a fundamental difference with them in that I had sought capital growth over mothers desire for income. This was a lie by Homer and Company in direct conflict with the letter they had sent to my mother. It was a serious breach of Data protection and client confidentiality. Roy Birch saw nothing wrong with this! Amazingly the reviving officer said nothing was wrong too.Another Case Officer again did not look at the Facts when MetLife provided my sisters Solicitors with private and confidential information on a bond without a court order. The Law says you need a court order . The case officer ignored the Law and sent out their standard letter saying nothing was wrong.
