Having read so many of the reviews imbedded on the site, I realised it’s no point reviewing an individual complaint made to the ICO, it’s clear the ICO responds identically to each complaint they receive no matter how different one complaint is from the next, they were put in place to uphold data protection rights in line with new legislation or so that was what the public was told, and instead it seems from the start they were put in place to create a deployment/divert to wash away complaints instead of upholding the general public’s rights. It’s clear that it is seriously in the public’s interest to bring this issue to surface for the main part to inform the public they shouldn’t waste their time, efforts and energy into complaining against an organisation when the office they will be complaining to will return a decision that was made before they even heard the complaint!
