This is one of the worst companies out there. Customer service is non-existent. If you have points, it's nearly impossible to find hotels where you can use them. If your points expire because of that, you will not be able to get them reinstated even just two weeks after they expire because customer service is there only to rip off their customers. You will not get notifications that your points will expire soon, or that will be somewhere in a fine print impossible to find. It's a scam, run as fast as you can from it.
