We used the IHG reservation service to book a room. They charge $1521.40. When we received the receipt from the motel the worth of the room was $854.25. Being a member of this service is a waste of time and does not save anything. They refuse to compensate for the difference and their manager on the phone admits that the parent company IHG pockets the difference!!! We are done "saving" money using this service. What a disappointment!! What a farce!!!
