IHG app down, this is my first experience after buying £500 quids worth of points and using this companies bonus stuff, and after numerous try's keeps saying something went wrong, login credentials wrong (even though i can log in with them on laptop).phoned tech support 3 times over 12 hours. no further forward. now need to wait 48-72 hours. thankfully i have a laptop. if had only app to book then i find this unacceptable. really now im a bit gutted i have £500 quids worth of points i cant wait to use and delete this app and IHG from my business. if IHG had a report card it would read IHG pays no attention to current members and should consider customers who use it a little bit more.
