would not even give them 1 star ! they deserve 0 stars ! stayed at holiday inn express in Lenoir city Tenn checked in at 526 am on Saturday morning checked out at 830 am Sunday morning. we was charged 321.30 for 1 night stay . they claim we checked in at 4 am as evidence proves we wasn't there till 526 am was not even in the state of Tennessee on 4-7 . Mr. charley at holiday inn express( front desk ) is extremely rude not only did they charge us for that house keeping barged into our room while we was present with out knocking or saying housekeeping prior to coming in ! brought this matter to IHG Corp office and even with all the evidence to prove the charges and dates was wrong they are doing nothing! they know that holiday inn express in Lenoir city is Falsey charging us they stand behind holiday in express beware dealing with IHG and Holiday in Express for the cost of 321.30 for 1 night i could have gotten royal treatment at a much nicer place! such dishonesty with both companies !
