I showed up at IHG Pensacola Resort today with my family (I've stayed multiple times in the past) and arrived to find out that we are in a "Bay View" room even though I have an email confirmation for a gulf view/balcony with a view. Manager/Kayla and her supervisor Victoria have been robotic and scripted in their response to the situation, as well as completely unhelpful in resolution. I didn't book, confirm, or drive to the beach for a bay view...and NO ONE here with IHG seems to care or try to help us. #IHGHELPMEPLEASE!
