I write this as a warning to others....Do NOT, under any circumstances, order a kitchen from IKEA. Their Kitchen Services department in the UK is utterly inefficient. You will be treated with contempt by the employees in their complaints department who will not tell you the truth, never follow through on what they promise, resulting in you spending hours of your own time trying to resolve issues. They could not care less if you have had a bad experience and will certainly not even apologise, never mind do anything else. Pay a bit extra and go elsewhere.
