Absolute worst customer service ever.

Absolute worst customer service ever. They do not communicate between departments so nobody has any idea how to solve issues or resolve your case when you receive damaged items over and over and over again. If I am ever able to receive undamaged Komplement shelves to finally finish my pax closet then I will never, ever shop at IKEA again. Do yourself a favor and avoid the stress of dealing with this inept company.
