IKEA failed to deliver in the agreed date (they failed to inform the delivery company), and proposed another date, more than a week for now, to try the delivery again. Failure to deliver was IKEA's fault and they were not willing to go a little out of the way to agree on a more convenient option. I'll be on vacation and therefore will not be here on the date IKEA proposed. This was IKEA's mistake and, in spite of this, they were not willing to alter their system a bit to rectify a situation they created. They kept saying their system would not accept it. The only option offered was reimbursement, which is what I had to do. More than three weeks waiting for delivery, measurements taken to be sure the items would fit, in summary, all the time lost for nothing. I will not buy at IKEA again.
