IKEA charges more for a scheduled delivery but scheduling anything with them means NOTHING. There was no attempt to contact me regarding my missed delivery window. No update that something may be out of stock. Customer service was rude and aggressive. Lied to by 2 call center employees, claiming it was on the truck and referred me to the delivery company. When it fact, the order wasn't packed at the store yet. There's is no way to call the store. No escalation, no offer to fix anything. I have to miss work AGAIN for a delivery that may not show up.
