Shockingly bad customer service

I've spent over 6 hours on the phone trying to sort out problems with a PAX order placed in early November that arrived damaged. Each time I call, I get an agent that is completely disinterested in solving my problem, and completely dis-empowered to do anything - or at least this is what they tell me. Additionally, the agents will actively lie to excuse away responsibility for totally screwing up my order. When all is said and done, it will be 4 months to receive all the items from my original order for my PAX system. I should not have to wait 1/3 of a year for something that is in stock and I should not have to deal with such ineptitude from IKEA customer service. IKEA USA is totally broken and there is no care or professionalism within the customer service organization. I will never do business with IKEA again since this entire process has been so frustrating and dysfunctional.
