I placed an order on December 1. It was to be delivered to a mobile pickup point on December 7th. However, the package wasn't there when I went to pick it up. Talked with someone in IKEA via "live chat" who told me the package was too large for the mobile pick up point and would be delivered to my home today (December 8th). It did not arrive and now they have cancelled the order. Dreadful service.Update: On 1/1/2023 I received a gift card refund. I do not want, and did not ask for, a gift card refund. I want my money refunded. This is a statutory right.
