Having shopped for many years at Ikea, (mostly at Wednesbury) as have most of our grownup family, we have usually been delighted with our purchases, including self-assembled furniture for every part of the houses we have lived in.However the last purchase, a small BESTA, was a disappointment and involved 3 extra journeys of quite a few miles to sort out the problem. We then emailed Customer Services and received our requested compensation for fuel and inconvenience, and CS were fair for which we thank them, but could have resolved quicker.We do, however, wonder if the quality of some of the ranges have lessened in an attempt to keep costs down.
