I had an order worth more than 2,000 Euros, that I have been waiting for almost 2 weeks. The expected delivery date was 23.10.2023, after taking the day off from work, they called me and told me that sorry they wouldn't be able to make it today, and we will do it on 26.10.2023, so I had to take another day off from work. after they arrived they wanted to leave my order in the street, and I take it to my apartment!!!!!, Why TF did I pay for a service then, and when I refused they left!, and said IKEA will call you, they never did, and I have been calling them since yesterday and chatting via their dumb chat, and everyone is saying we can't do anything at the moment, then who TF can do? Went to the store iteself, and the employees are on strike since 2 weeks, why TF you have the production running then?
