I purchased a standing desk from IKEA quite some time ago and initially, I was pleased with the product. However, after the motor failed, I was sent a replacement—only for that motor to fail as well. Unfortunately, customer support has been unwilling to offer a second replacement, essentially telling me that one replacement is all I'm entitled to.I'm increasingly convinced that their customer support is simply a bot spitting out canned responses based on the company's terms and conditions. This experience has eroded my trust in IKEA, and I won't be shopping there again.It's disheartening to see that the majority of reviews echo my sentiments; a staggering 74% are 1-star reviews. It seems to me that the company has grown too large to care about individual customers, focusing instead on revenue generation at the expense of customer satisfaction.I will be exploring alternative options for my future furniture needs.
