Staff pretend that there is nothing wrong with the payment details update feature.5. No follow up or apology for any inconvenience experienced.6. Unable to proceed, unless I wish to pay the $149 upfront & bypass the 30 day trial of Pro.7. Staff suggest that there is a 3 day delay in my confirmation to proceed with updating my payment details.8. Days go by, still no adequate or appropriate follow up.9. I decide to contact the CEO about the issue/s: Col Needham.10. Absolutely no response from the CEO. Extremely poor level of service.
