Customer service won't try to help you and will always respond in the most generic ways (makes you wonder if they copy-paste this exact response to other members). Getting scammed is (unfortunately) something that can happen and the site has no protective measures in place nor any guarantees of any kind no matter how small or big the contribution you made was. So if that happens, you're on your own. I'd recommend everyone to avoid this site.
