Another bad experience and absolutely no help from Indiegogo. Since they post the opportunity, they have some responsibility to perform some due diligence that the company is not a scam. I invested, the company exceeded its funding, pretended to send out product (that prevents a refund), provided fake tracking details and then ceased all communication, whilst setting up on AliExpress to sell the product. So my advice is to avoid Indiegogo as your risk of tipping money down the grid is very high.
