Losers!Don't waste tour time calling the IRS. Go to an IRS office near you.IRS is lucky to have an overall 1.4 BAD rating.The IRS deserves a negative 10.00 TERRIBLE rating. The IRS:1. Has zero respect for taxpayers.2. Is happy to waste hours and days of taxpayers time.3. Is a bureaucratic nightmare.4. Exists to employ lawyers and accountants.5. Telephone employees are low skilled, poorly trained, low IQ and USELESS.6. Offers the WORST taxpayer service.7. Represents the WORST of government.8. Is a total TIME SUCK.9. Is a siloed, not integrated mess!10. Hides from taxpayers - endless telephone holds, representatives hang up on taxpayers, calls are ended due to being too busy with other taxpayers, etc.Bottom line, the IRS is a disgrace and needs to be reinvented. Let's face it. The federal government wastes our tax dollars. The least the government could do is be efficient and effective in taking our money to waste it.Instead, the IRS tortures taxpayers with deplorable customer service.
