So thankful for her super good (great) Customer Service skills. She was able to listen effectively and efficiently to my inquiry and then provide an appropriate resolution accordingly. Thank You Yvonne K! It's definitely more people like you that should be hired by the IRS and that are adequately named and fitted to represent a major organization such as them.
