Really poor experience of a tip being added without being made aware…even more disappointing is I was surveyed after to see if was a) aware tip being added b) if had had a positive experience…. If I am being asked these questions and on basis of other reviews this approach and tactic is appalling way to take money and those organising the survey already know this. Others be aware!
