Feeling robbed…I made a ticket with you emirates, I’ve hade it open and before the expiration date I wanted to rebook it but you say we can not do something with that and that you have to talk to the agency we cooperate ( travix) and if they can not help you will do it for you. After a week off loosing all this time on the phone with emirates finally they say unfortunately we can not help you. I am so sad knowing that Emirates still money from me in that way... I trust you emirates but you still my money! So embarrassing I never expected to be treated so bad by one of the biggest flying companies, Emirates !!! Is there someone who can help me ???
