Do not book through KAYAK.

Do not book through KAYAK. KAYAK may be a great search site, but KAYAK's flight reservation service is terrible. I made a reservation of Asiana flight through KAYAK. But Asiana airline canceled one of the flight schedules that I made the reservation. Asiana airline said that I can cancel my flight reservation without any cancelation fee because they canceled the flight schedule so the cancelation fee will be waived. But they said that I need to cancel my reservation through KAYAK. I contacted KAYAK, but KAYAK said that I have to pay $200 each way (cancelation which the airline will waive) plus their processing fee $75. I explained the situation to KAYAK that one of my flight schedule is canceled by the airline. But KAYAK said that I need to pay the cancelation fee $200 each way and $75 processing fee even though the airline removed the schedule that I made the reservation. Do not make reservation through KAYAK. I recommend making a reservation through airline websites or other travel websites (Expedia or Orbitz). When I have similar experience with the reservation of Orbitz, Orbitz didn't charged any fee and handled smoothly. I saw many other reviews having the same issues with KAYAK.-----------------------------------------------------------Update on June 25, 2021Today I called again KAYAK to cancel my flight and talked to Helen of KAYAK (one of representatives of KAYAK). Helen of KAYAK said that she will check with Asiana airline whether Asiana airline will waive the cancellation fee. After 3 hours later, Helen of KAYAK called me back and said that Asiana airline told her that according to the Asiana policy the Asiana airline will not waive the cancellation fee. After the call with Helen of KAYAK, I called the Asiana airline, but the Asiana airline said that that is not true. The Asiana airline said that the Asiana airline will not charge any cancelation fee because the Asiana airline changed the schedule, and KAYAK should knows that the Asiana airline will waive the cancellation fee. But Helen of KAYAK lied to me. I don't understand how they intentionally provide false information to their customer. I am thinking to proceed legal action because Asiana airline said that they can confirm that the information that Helen of KAYAK provided is not true.
