booked a car with them - not good at all

booked a car with them: from the website I understood the car had full insurance cover, but then I called hertz and they say I had to add 21€ per day or they freeze 900€ from my credit card, and take money from there if I make an accident, so I wanted to cancel; but...but the cancel button in kayak do not work.I called hertz and they say I have to cancel in kayak (which makes sense), anyhow I told them, and I also email kayak the contact email address found on the booking telling them I want to cancel.Plus I ended up having a kayak account I did not ask for.I will not book a car in kayak anymore, sorry.Now I try to remove the account, will tell you if I have issue with this or, worse, if they start spammmingReply to Kayak (16th of June):sad you don't even want to go into details about what happened: giving fault to other is childish, not a good business attitude. I did not book directly to the company suggested by your result, but booked into your account! Anyhow the answer confirm my understanding.
