There are over 800 CRM choices for a business. I have been with Keap (formerly Infusionsoft) for 6 years as a customer and for 3 years as a Certified Partner with them. I won't claim to be unbiased because I like the product and especially the customer service. A CRM is worthless if you can't learn how to use it. Keap makes every opportunity to help its customers make the most of marketing dollar investment. I predict in a crowded field Keap will not only survive, but thrive based on the quality of the product and the way they do business.
