Everyone we spoke with was great and professional but the service was not. My marketing vender uses them for my monthly and recent service emails and twice now they have gotten delivered and the formatting is all over the place and information missing. Advanced IT says to delete the campagne and start new and send out test email first, which we did. Still had the problem a second time. We can’t trust that these important emails will go out correct because 2 of the 5 time so far they have made my business look unprofessional. Don’t have the time to be calling in to troubleshoot issues like this
