When I first heard about InfusionSoft, I did not know if they could help us, because we are a very small nonprofit. I spoke with a representative over a year before purchasing the product; he was very helpful and was not pushy. A year later, we were advised to put some things into place that required automation; I reached out InfusionSoft again, this time with a plan in mind.After signing up, I received some of the best training available, with videos of the work we did together. The woman was very helpful, listening and putting into place what we needed.The software is easy to use and I can adapt it to my current needs, quickly and efficiently.
