I backed storaxa, and storaxa was extending delivery time each month, so that the credit card chargeback time passes, and now they have totally gone silent. kickstarter is has also not replied to any of the backers reporting the project. kickstarter takes their money and they don't care about backers. this company should be boycotted. people, stop backing projects. It's not worth to save 20% of a existing product to wait a year or two to find out you have been scammed. UPDATE FOR REFUND! IMPORTANT Anyone looking for a refund, you HAVE to make clear to your bank credit card issuer that the law .e.g. in EU says clearly from the DATE OF DELIVERY the countdown starts. Show them screenshot of the last post they promised to deliver it last time and say this date is by law the date to start the countdown for refunds. I did this with my bank and I GOT A REFUND.You know what the weird thing is? KICKSTARTER REMOVED STORAXA FROM MY BACKED PROJECTS without even notifying me! On kickstarter it says the creator reported me now for not paying and they removed me as backer, IT WAS REPORTED BY THE CREATOR THAT I DID NOT PAY AND THEY REMOVED ME! So they are active.
