I've backed 7 projects on Kickstarter:2 gone dead, been over 6 months (no refund)1 "shipped" but not heard anything in 3 months (no refund)1 "shipped" but hasnt arrived and no help from company or Kickstarter from courier (no refund)2 received ok and good quality1 received but was dogs**** and embarrassing how it was shipped (no refund)In summary, Kickstarter need a MUCH better review and follow up process to ensure scammers and low quality projects don't ruin it. If by chance someone from Kickstarter is reading pls contact me as I have abut 4 queries relating to above.
