I had at least 500 worth of spending power, I missed 1 payment due to a hospital trip, so now I can't even spend in 3 payments or next month, I have no debts in my life, I always pay my bills, I paid 300 off yesterday, I only owe £50 which is nothing, paying in 3 was helping my buisness, now nothing because of a late payment by a week,, your A.i. Keeps crashing, the app is slow and crashes alot, the A.i. Model will only lose you customers as it offers no help with buying or payment, just an useless explanation, and because of that your company just lost out on purchases as I spent cash on a new gaming monitor at 300 pounds and fishing equipment at over a £1000, so I consider you Klarna as a buying failure now and will advise the rest of my family and friends as much. I dont know any buisness model that can afford to lose money and work!. Good luck Klarna, because you set yourself up to fail being A.i.I won't be using you again for that reason. And blocking my spending when everything is always paid off but 1 miss payment!, how many banks are open these days near us? None!... So blame the banks not your bloody customers!.
