Technical issues!!

I have received an email from Klarna which I missed a payment of £25!! I had enough money to pay my bills and nothing wrong from my side! All direct debits and automatic payments gone through with no issues. How can I missed this payment?? The customer service agent couldn’t explain what was the reason! Just they said maybe some issue from your bank!! Just makes me worry and wasting my time to spend my rest time to find out what’s wrong with my account.
