Kraken UK (Payward Ltd) has been illegally withholding my assets for three months - without due process, explanation, or justification. This is pure financial abuse, plain and simple.This is an update to the review I originally posted in April 2, 2025. At that time, Kraken replied with a standard message: “Your ticket has been assigned the highest priority,” clearly aimed at pacifying concerned users rather than offering a real solution. Now, three months later, my Kraken pro account remains suspended, and access to my company’s funds is still blocked.Despite submitting all documentation verifying the lawful origin and full transparency of my assets, Kraken UK has taken no meaningful steps to resolve the matter since April 2, 2025. There has been no explanation, no accountability - only silence.Kraken’s customer support is completely unresponsive. Users are trapped in endless loops with AI bots, and attempts to reach a real human go ignored. Even direct outreach to their Chief Compliance Officer on Linkedin has been met with silence. Despite being registered with the FCA for AML purposes - not as a fully authorized financial institution, Kraken UK (Pawayrd Ltd) is leveraging this limited regulatory status to present an image of legitimacy, while failing to uphold basic standards of accountability, customer service, and fiduciary responsibility.The FCA registration is NOT a license to operate unaccountably or to abuse client relationships, yet Kraken’s practices suggest a misuse of this regulatory framework to shield actions that would be unacceptable in any other financial setting.Withholding funds without lawful cause or communication constitutes a dangerous breach of trust and a serious regulatory misconduct. It will be addressed appropriately. I am now taking every necessary steps to recover what is rightfully mine - and I will not stop until full accountability is achieved.
