Account was locked/buying disabled for no apparent reason.First of all, the verification process during the change to DLT Finance GmbH (for German customers) was an absolute nightmare. However, after multiple verifiation attempts, I received a verification approval by the end of August.In September, the apps/desktop interface coerced one into filling in a questionnaire in case one intends to do Derivate trading - which I do not want. Still, I filled out this (for me irrelevant) form.At the same time, my account got locked (the desktop version call this issue 'buying disabled').I reached out to customer success multiple times, and only received automated chat bot responses that this is due to the verification process (which I had already completed months before).I tried to reach out over LinkedIn. Same response.My account is not usable and I decided that I want to withdraw my assets which is also not possible.In other words, KRAKEN made it impossible for me to invest, refuses to answer to service requests and does not even give me the chance to change to another platform as my entire funds are locked.Absolute nightmare!Ticket-IDs:143741771415021814094296
