Disgraceful company. Opened an account, verified with photo ID, and made an initial deposit (so I could try using the platform see if I wanted to invest more later down the line), from my bank account that is registered at the same address as on the ID.Held my faster payments deposit for 4 days, when I contact support they email me several hours later telling me they are closing my account and returning the funds to my account. No reason given whatsoever - if a bank were to close your account - they tell you why.So I'm currently waiting for the money to return to my account - they were happy to take it, lets see if they are happy to return it.Moral of the story?
