I created an account with them a few days ago, deposited money multiple times and bought USDT in two transactions with no issues. They happily charged me for the buy transactions. But then when I tried to withdraw the funds, they put it on hold. The next day after I contacted them, they told me that they're closing my account "for security reasons", and I have to convert back to AUD and transfer it back to my bank account. They happily charged me again for the conversion. I lost 5% of the money in the process, for literally having received no services, and having incurred a fair bit of stress waiting to hear what happened to my USDT withdrawal.Needless to say that the withdrawal of AUD out of Kraken was also delayed for a while, forcing me to get in contact with their support multiple times.Just stay away from them if you care about your money and mental health.
