I can't give a 0? Kroger is an abismal grocery store! Today, during this pandemic, they switched my grocery pickup order w someone else's. Called me once I was already pulling into my drive! Got my two sense in on the phone how they owe me gas $ and the clerk hung up on me. I had waited on my pickup availability for 3 days, was about out of groceries entirely. 13 of my 48 items were listed out of stock on my receipt they put in a bag in my car back- not one mention verbally, in emails or texts that you sign up for when you order pickup. A Rx was also closed. I have no more Montelukast asthma meds. Thanks again, Kroger! I corresponded w staff on Friday saying I'd get it Sunday when I drove out for grocery pickup. They said nothing about rx closed. The website says open, 11-6. Never again! All-round lunacy and incompetence...and so rude at that. I think it's the new jackoffs they've hired during COVID, as normally they are nice. I'm done. This was nonsense.
