Too lazy to do it right

Over the course of the last year I have tried Click List 5 times. Out of those 5 times my order was incorrect 3 times. That means Kroger is hitting 40%!Today I decided to try it again after 6 months. I got home and unpacked my order to find that I had been double charged for an item. I ordered 1 Salmon Fillet, received 1 Salmon Fillet, and was CHARGED FOR 2!I called the store and was told I would have to come in person to receive a refund. I told them just credit to my card and was told once again that it can only be done in person.So let me get this straight...there's no problem charging my card for an online order (I am not present), but you can't refund online?!@#?? This completely negates any advantage to using Click List when 3 out of 5 times I've had to make another trip to the store and go inside to the service desk to get it fixed.GOOD BYE KROGER!!
