I suspect that given the recent and well publicized security issues, this company has given up and just wants to run the service down!I say this because I have spent a week trying to renew (I know it is my own fault) my account.I have never struggled so much to try and give a company my cash, but they are not interested and there is no real way of communicating with anyone if you are not a premium customer - and you can't be a premium customer, so the cycle of doom continues...I have an alternative and I am off after many years to a competitor.I would love to say goodbye but because I am not a premium customer you won't speak to me and I can't be a premium customer until you take my moneyForget it - I give up.
