I placed an order on the 31st of December and as stated on their website was advised delivery would be 2-4 working days with no additional time added for the holidays. It has no been 6 working days since the order and the order is still showing as in the warehouse with no tracking number being sent through which apparently should happen approx. 1 hour after order.I called lego today after not being able to contact them for days due to their phone systems being down to be told that the order has not been processed likely due to unavailable parts. When pushed and after the girl spoke to her supervisor I have been told it will be posted soon...but she can't give me a date as to when. If the parts are unavailable when is soon? If the parts are available why has it taken this long to sort?I asked to cancel my order at this point and was told I can't cancel my order even though they can't tell me when my order will be delivered and will just have to wait and see how long this soon will be.For a company the size of lego I was quite shocked at the level of customer service which was provided with 0 solutions or accountability offered.
