I ordered Lego for my grandson on-line. Firstly, the address was wrong on the order. There is no way at all to correct it. Had endless on-line chats with robots and real people. Was told that I should wait for the order to be sent and then contact the courier myself. Tried this, it didn't work I then had to chase around the area trying to find my order. I am 73 years old and disabled. I eventually found the address only to find my order had already been opened. I would recommend anybody thinking of ordering Lego NOT to deal with the company but try Amazon. Much safer way of buying!!
