Tried them out and placed two orders. Both orders arrived damaged and one order was for their may the 4th promotion (spend £160 and get Lars Family Homestead) I spent all that money simply to get this set… well Lars Family Homestead arrived damaged and guess what Lego said… oh well sorry, would you like some VIP points because we can’t replace it!! WHY wouldn’t you hold sufficient stock because you know damn well some people will receive damaged goods?!let me answer my own question.. because you want to to maximise sales rather than honour them. Simple. Why buy from Lego when there are many retailers who sell the same products for less and offer better promotions!I tried and tested and will not be buying from Lego.com ever again.Sorry Lego, but you’re whole ethos stinks!
