I will never buy direct from Lego again. Their website errored during my order. I started the order again, as I didn't reach the end of my original order, or receive any order confirmation. After 24 hours, I see that both orders have gone through and I was charged £200 more than I expected. They hold the order 'in warehouse' for a number of days, but say they can not cancel, as the order is being processed once 'in warehouse'. So I now have to wait for the second set of Lego to be delivered and then return it, so I can fight for a refund. What a waste of resources. What is worse, I could not speak to anyone at Lego, I could only get hold of a useless Bot. Awful! Next time I will buy from Amazon!
