While appreciating the skill in developing the product my first experience of the follow up from this company has been poor. I discovered that some parts were missing from Technic kit no. 42110 Land Rover and tried to order replacements. The on line ordering service didn’t seem to recognise the part numbers I used, so ended up having to pay for them. The order was placed on 21 February and since then all I have received is two emails saying the order has been dispatched and duplicate receipts. Hardly helpful.
