I ordered an item for Christmas, I paid for express delivery to the Republic of Ireland as it was on back order & I wanted to ensure I would have it on time. When the item arrived it was the wrong product (extremely wrong). As it needs to be put on back order again I wont have it until the middle of January. I was very disappointed as this item was quite expensive & I had no gift. I got through to the help centre and they were apologetic and helpful. I feel it was a genuine mistake but one that should not have happened all the same. I had to ask for my €30.00 express delivery to be refunded.
