Bought many things from the site and they are always promptly posted and well packaged, and this Christmas I even got a few small freebies!
Few times I've contacted customer services they have always been prompt and helpful.
The physical shops themselves are always full of friendly, helpful staff who have the time to chat to fellow adult Lego fans.
I am actually shocked at the bad reviews on here for Lego as I have had nothing but excellent service always.
